As part of our Forward Steps Programme, Raytheon UK is committed to helping the government level up every corner of the UK to ensure all regions can benefit and share in the country’s future economic prosperity. As a major employer in the communities where we have sites, we recognise we have a role in supporting these areas to tackle future challenges and ensure they benefit from the economic prosperity that our operations bring. 

We are working hard to support STEM skill development across our local site communities in Broughton, Glenrothes, Harlow, Manchester and Gloucester. We are committed to helping the government level up the UK and ensure that all regions can benefit from the country’s future prosperity. 

In addition to this, we have been at the forefront of providing our communities with support in recovering and rebuilding from the Covid-19 crisis. We are proud to be helping communities, charities and businesses when they need it most.
