Our RTXVETS Employee Resource Group helps our military service leavers transition into the private sector, helping service leavers translate their critical armed services skills into the skills required within business. The team also look after our reservist populations and the families of our serving armed forces personnel and ensure we maintain our commitment as a Gold Award Winner of the UK Government’s Armed Forces Covenant.
