We are focused on delivering a tailored approach to support every one of our customers. The fundamental principle of our approach is to understand your key objectives and develop our relationship over the years of service. Raytheon UK products generally have a significant in-service life of >15 years. This is why we like to maintain close relationships with our customers, so they have the support they need, to continue to maintain their equipment to a high standard.

Tailoring of support is determined by the level of autonomy the customer desires combined with the level of risk they wish to own. CSS can tailor solutions ranging from ad-hoc support to full contractor logistics support.

Some customers wish to have as much control over their support as they can, while others are more content to share the responsibility. Raytheon UK will normally work with customers to tailor their support to ensure the customer’s objectives can be met.

The CSS team consists of a multi-function/multi-disciplined team capable of providing the full spectrum of services to our customer community.
