RSL's facility at Glenrothes in Scotland is the centre of excellence for power and control products for defence, aerospace and commercial applications. The business has over 25 years manufacturing expertise in markets where integrity and reliability are critical. Support is provided to bespoke customer requirements from design and development through to volume manufacture and test including PCB assembly, sub-assembly and unit build. RSL's build portfolio allows it to provide a flexible and innovative "one-stop-shop" for integrated customer solutions.

Many RSL products include custom ICs and Microcircuits which are also built on site. Power and control products include AC/DC, DC/DC, LVPS, MVPS and battery management products for airborne, land, naval and submarine platforms.

RSL power products can be found in the most challenging conditions such as communication satellites, guidance and control systems, vehicle electronics and defence communication systems.
