Raytheon is a major player in the Intelligence and Homeland Security sectors, employing advanced technologies to provide innovative solutions to complex information gathering situations.

In the U.K., in addition to the ASTOR (Airborne Stand-Off Radar System) programme, Raytheon is also supporting mission-critical classified programmes, drawing on U.S. technology and know-how and reinforcing Raytheon’s position in the U.K. as a fast growing supplier of Intelligence systems and support.

Raytheon is also working closely with customers across central government to provide them with Homeland Security and Intelligence solutions, leveraging extensive US investment to develop solutions for UK problems.

Raytheon is a member of the Metrix consortium bidding for the UK MoD’s Defence Training Requirement. Raytheon is leading the Training Design, Management and Transition aspects of the programme leveraging off the capability developed in providing training for General Motors world wide and NASA in the US. Raytheon's blended learning solution offers unique capabilities in enhancing the effectiveness of training delivered whilst at the same time reducing costs.
