Learning capabilities

- Curriculum architecture, design and development – Design learning approaches that blend traditional and hands-on classroom instruction with Web- and satellite-enabled instruction. Source, develop and localize training curricula in multiple delivery formats
- Training operations – Optimise and manage training administration and delivery processes. Run client support centers that respond to client inquiries, as well as generate awareness and demand for client training. Administer learning management systems on a day-to-day basis

Representative Programmes
We have delivered demonstrable results to clients in the following meaningful ways:
- For an automotive client in Europe, we re-engineered the client's learning supply chain, reducing its number of providers from 180 to 60 while improving the quality of the client's learning experience across 20 countries.
- For a defence client in North America, we automated the client's roster entry process, reducing error rates to near zero and generating savings of more than £100,000.
- For an automotive client in North America, we rationalized the client's learning facility infrastructure and introduced a blended learning model, reducing the client's annual investment in training by 50 percent while increasing the number of participants by 100 percent.
- For a retail client in Asia, we increased sales by 35 percent.
- For a manufacturing client in North America, we accelerated employees' time to proficiency by 60 percent.
