Raytheon UK is proud to celebrate National Science and Engineering Week, which recognises engineering and technology excellence across the U.K.
In addition to celebrating our existing engineers, we are also looking ahead to the future. To continue to build our capability, over the past two years the Engineering function has brought in a number of graduate engineers and graduate quality assurance engineers. Our latest intake of seven graduates form part of Raytheon UK’s new Graduate Leadership Development Programme which is specifically designed to build a foundation of skills and place graduates on a path to becoming the future leaders of our business.
Engineering and Technology are at the heart of all that Raytheon does. We have more than 300 engineers forming our Engineering function, all from a variety of different sites, backgrounds and disciplines. The company’s tradition for engineering, innovation and ingenuity is only possible because of our employees’ commitment to developing leading products and constantly striving for world-class technical solutions.
