After a four year hiatus, Europe’s leading defence training and simulation event, ITEC, has returned to the U.K. The exhibition held in London’s ExCeL conference centre (May 18-20), presents a unique opportunity to showcase Raytheon’s global training capability and its integrated approach to global training solutions. It is also an opportunity to demonstrate to customers and partners that Raytheon clearly understands the unique requirements of its U.K. customers.
Raytheon has developed world-class training in the U.S and is exporting that proven technology to the U.K. market to best equip its customers for the UK CONOPS. This integrated approach also enables Raytheon to enhance technology for the U.K. market and make it specific to U.K. requirements, whether driven by economic or political considerations.
In an exclusive ITEC podcast, Raytheon Systems Limited Chief Executive and Managing Director Bob Delorge said: “We have the ability to tailor or shape training services to fit a range of requirements. Also, like many of our customers, the services of the U.K. need solutions that can be delivered quickly, efficiently and cost-effectively.”
During ITEC 2010, Raytheon U.K. business development training lead David Richardson is conducting a series of one-to-one podcasts with various Raytheon thought leaders in the area of global training. Learn about the MOD’s Defence Training Rationalisation programme, key challenges for the U.K. military, training transformation, the benefits of live, virtual and constructive training and lastly an exciting new virtual demonstration called Motion Reality.
