Raytheon UK’s Aircraft Service Centre (ASC) delivers phase maintenance, repairs, service bulletins, supplementary type certificate modifications, inspections and warranty work for both Hawker Beechcraft turbo prop (B300/B200/C90) and piston aircraft (Baron/ Bonanza). All maintenance can be carried out either under Raytheon’s or Hawker Beechcraft EASA Part 145 approvals by licensed engineers and experienced mechanics. Services can also include full systems integration and modification package design for airframe, engine and wiring solutions.

Raytheon UK’s Aircraft Service Centre (ASC) capability for Hawker Beechcraft turbo prop (B300/B200/C90) and piston aircraft (Baron/Bonanza) includes: phase maintenance; repairs; service bulletins; supplementary type certification modifications; inspections; and warranty work. It also includes a full system integration and modification package design for airframe, engine and wiring solutions.
All maintenance is carried out by licensed engineers and experienced mechanics under Raytheon or Hawker Beechcraft EASA Part 145 approvals. Raytheon UK has the added advantage of being a Hawker Beechcraft ‘Authorised Service Centre’ for piston aircraft.
We can also offer Continuing Airworthiness Management of your aircraft under our EASA Part M approval inclusive of Subpart G. This means that we are authorised, after a satisfactory inspection of an aircraft, to issue an ARC (Airworthiness Review Certificate) which is an annual requirement. For an aircraft owner, a contract with a CAMO makes this a straightforward process.
Our long working relationship with original equipment manufacturer Hawker Beechcraft helps to ensure that we can resolve warranty and maintenance issues quickly and efficiently to minimise downtime and reduce cost. Building on this relationship, the ASC provides a full-service facility for all Hawker Beechcraft turbo prop and piston-driven aircraft.
The ASC team in Broughton, North Wales, is able to draw on the experience and support of design, manufacturing, project management and test capability from across Raytheon UK. This allows us to keep our on-site team small to ensure flexibility and responsiveness. We take pride in providing a quick response to our customers.
Raytheon’s Broughton engineering team developed its skills and experience from the company’s role as design authority for the RAF Sentinel R1 and Shadow R1 aircraft, providing continued modifications and maintenance for both fleets.
